Riesling from Vordernberg is steelier and crisper than that of Ried Moosburgerin. It is recognisable from the initial aromas as classic, elegant and lively Riesling.
To emphasize these qualities, we let it ferment and then mature in steel tanks. This yields a juicy wine with refined sweetness of fruit and fresh acidity, which is easy to drink in the first year, but can also be cellared for 10–15 years.
